The Vault while thicker than the Studio Mirror, still has a slim profile and a sleek contemporary design considering the amount of gear you can store inside it.
The ingenious aspect of the Vault is how it opens and the viewing flexibility it enables for its reflective mirror surface. Meaning, where you place the free-standing Vault in a room is not so important if this is a concern.
To open, pull towards you a little and either swing entirely to the right to expose everything inside or as you swing the mirror open, you can also rotate the whole surface left or right while simultaneously pivoting the mirror to the preferred viewing direction you need, depending on where you wish to work out in the room.
Sounds complicated, but no, it’s easy and brilliant at the same time. We loved how smoothly the Nordictrack Vault’s 60-inch reflective mirror glides open to access its interior storage and how nicely it can be adjusted to view a workout. What this means - is it does not matter as much where you position your Vault because the Vaults mirror surface is so easily adjusted to where you are in a room. This Gives this reflective exercise device an advantage over a Studio Mirror that remains in a fixed position, either on the wall or on its stand.

Can You Pause a Vault iFit Workout?
YES, you can pause a Vault workout for up to ten minutes. Once you have paused a workout, a countdown timer will display the time remaining until the workout automatically restarts, or just tap the screen to continue. This is a great feature! Things happen, but you do not have to let them get in the way of finishing your workout. Just hit Pause! You can pick back up right where you left off. EXTREMELY helpful.
Steps How to Connect iFIT to Apple Health
First, Launch the iFIT app on your iPhone.
Tap the three lines in the top left corner to access the menu, then tap on Settings.
From Settings, navigate to Connected Apps.
On the Connected Apps screen, select Apple Health, then tap Connect.
You’ll be taken to the health Access page where you can enable sharing data from iFIT to Apple Health. Here you can control which types of information iFIT will read and write to Apple Health.
